Splash!

I'm oh-so-thankful for the occasional breaks in winter, where the temperature is above 40 degrees and we can bear to be outside longer than ten minutes. We had a couple of those days last week...one that came after a couple of rainy days. What did we do? Put on our beloved rain boots and splashed around in the water.

Another one of those days was actually nice enough to have lunch at the park. It was a tiny bit windy, but not enough to make you not want to enjoy the sunshine.

So thankful for the cold weather break last week. I'm not wishing the days away, but am looking forward to spring!
