started back to school. all of us.

spent a saturday working in the yard. it looks 100 times better, and we only worked on a small section in the front. planted some mums. looking forward to fall.

finished off a batch of homemade salsa in less than two days. it was GOOD.

sang "happy birthday" "holy is the lord" and "ring around the rosy" more than i can count. we are now liking "london bridge."

enjoyed the splash park at the zoo a couple of times. i love that place at 10:00 in the morning. i'm also very thankful for our zoo pass.

gone to bed earlier. woken up earlier.

praised kendall for her potty success! she even napped today at her school in panties and woke up DRY!!!

enjoyed some fresh squash and tomatoes. nothing beats garden veggies.

tried to soak up as much of summer that is left! hope you are doing the same!
